The invention relates to a device for separating gas from the fiber. This allows for improved separation efficiency. The device comprises a housing 1 with a chamber-2 and a gas cavity 3, between which a wall 4 is located to form a gas exhaust channel 5 around the shaft 6 mounted for rotation. On the shaft 6, the first rotor 11 with blades 10 is placed in the chamber 2, the second rotor 13 with blades 12 placed in the gas cavity 3, and the rotating blades 14 extending from one rotor to another. The gas outlet channel 5 is made expanding towards the gas cavity 3, and recesses 16 are made on the wall 4 connecting the channel 5. The blades 12 of the rotor 13 prevent the gas cavity from clogging and § fluidize the fibrous mass collected in the gas cavity 3 while the device is stopped . 2 hp f-ly, 2 ill.

The invention relates to a device for separating gas from a fiber suspension and is intended, in particular, for use in the case of high-density fibrous masses, for example, from 6 to 152.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of separation.
The air contained in the pulp is removed through the outlet channel in the wall between the rotor chamber and the gas space. In order to prevent the pulp from flowing into the gas space during operation, the annular gas outlet must be small. Consequently, the channel is easily clogged. The channel can be kept open. The rotating blades are located in the gas outlet channel between the first and second rotors and at least part of the blades form a surface that extends from one to the other rotor. Preferably, the outlet gas channel expands in the direction of flow so as to ob-. to facilitate the release of pulp from the channel.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.
The device comprises a housing I containing a chamber 2 and a gas cavity 3. • A wall 4 is located between chamber 2 and the gas cavity 3 to form a gas outlet channel 5 around shaft 6 ,. which is mounted for rotation on bearings. Gas exhaust channel 5 connects the chamber, 2 and the gas cavity 3 with each other. The housing 1 is provided with an inlet 7, through which the fibrous mass enters the chamber 2, and an outlet 8. The gas cavity 3 is equipped with an outlet 9. Equipped with blades 10, the first rotor 1I is mounted on shaft 6 in chamber 2. Equipped with blades 12, another rotor 13 is mounted to the shaft in the gas cavity 3. The rotating blades 14 are placed in the gas exhaust channel 5 between the first rotor 11 and the second rotor 13 on a common shaft with them. On the outer surface 15 of the wall 4 adjacent to the gas outlet channel 5 there are recesses 16. The gas outlet channel 5 is made expanding in
towards the gas cavity 3.
During rotation, the first rotor causes the fibrous mass to rotate in the inlet channel 17, into which the air and the fibrous mass are separated from each other and air bubbles surrounded by the fibrous mass are formed in the center of the rotor. The first rotor 11 fluidizes the pulp, which makes it possible to transport the pulp with high density. The air separated from the fibrous mass is directed from. the rotor chamber into the gas space through the outlet 19 of the first rotor 11 located in the rear wall 18 and through the gas outlet channel 5 is removed through the outlet
9. During the rotation of the blades 14, working as protrusions of the blades 10 of the first rotor 11, the pulp enters the channel, which is facilitated by the notches 16. The blades 12 of the other rotor 13 prevent the gas cavity from clogging and fluidize the pulp that has gathered in the gas cavity when the device is stopped.

Claim;
1. A device for separating gas from a fiber suspension with a high fiber content, comprising a chamber with a first rotor, equipped with shovels and outlet openings in its rear wall, located behind the rear wall and having an outlet opening with a gas cavity with a second rotor, fitted with vanes, placed between a chamber and a gas cavity, a wall forming a gas outlet channel, a spanning shaft with rotors mounted on it, which is different from that, in order to increase the separation efficiency, it is equipped with rotating blades dipper, race position in a vent channel between the first and second rotors on the common shaft with and extending from one to the other rotor.

2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the gas outlet channel is made expanding towards the gas cavity.
